Ground Transportation - Overview

Hope Air provides patients with Uber vouchers to support ground travel from the arrival airport to your hospital or hotel, and back It can only be used for the city where you are receiving medical care. Ground transportation is only provided to patients who have flown with Hope Air and are not provided outside of Hope Air’s flight program.  

Digital vouchers are provided through the Uber platform. To redeem your Uber voucher, you will receive an email with the voucher details. Open the Uber app on your mobile phone, enter the voucher code, and follow the instructions to apply it to your account. This will allow you to use the voucher for your rides as specified by Hope Air.
