Are there any restrictions with Uber Ride service classes or gratuity?

Patients can order a car in the Uber Economy class. The voucher will cover up to its maximum limit, and any additional costs will be the patient's responsibility. 

Gratuity is not required and is at your discretion. Any gratuity added will reduce the remaining value of your Uber Voucher and will be at your own cost if it exceeds the value of the voucher.
