The Free Bridge or Ferry Pass Application Process
To obtain a free bridge or ferry pass, follow these steps:
- Fill out the Travel Request form online: Make sure to indicate in the relevant section that this request is for a bridge toll pass.
- Attach your Health PEI Out of Province Approval Letter: If you do not have one, please contact: 902 368 5918 & email: ooptravelsupport@gov.pe.ca
- Approval Process: Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed for approval. This includes verifying your eligibility and the details of your medical appointment.
- Receive Your Pass: After approval, Hope Air will send you the passes that you applied for via email. This pass will be sent to the email address you provided in your application.
