Receiving Your Bridge or Ferry Pass & Gas Card

The process for receiving your bridge or ferry pass is as follows:  

  • Bridge Pass: Once your request is approved and processed, your bridge pass will be emailed to you. You can either print this pass or download it onto your phone for use. If you do not have an email address, Hope Air can assist in sending the pass to a designated Access PEI location. Please note your preferred Access PEI location in the additional comments section at the end of the request form.   
  • Ferry Pass: Unlike the bridge pass, the ferry pass must be picked up in person. You will need to collect it at the Wood Islands Ferries Toll Booth on or before your travel date. Detailed pickup instructions, including the location and hours of operation, will be emailed to you once your request has been processed.  
  • Gas Card: Once your travel request has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to your virtual Esso gas card. You can print this gas card or download it to your phone. 
  • Changes to Appointments: If there are any changes/cancellations to your appointment, passes may need to be re-issued. Please contact us at info@hopeair.ca or 1-877-346-HOPE (4673).
