Restrictions for Hope Air Uber Vouchers

The voucher can be towards Uber trips between the arrival airport, hospital, hotel and back, up to the maximum assigned value. The voucher is limited for use only on the days of medical travel/treatment. Patient escorts may travel with the patient through this program. The voucher cannot be assigned, transferred, or sold to anyone else.
