Uncertainty of Return Date when Travelling

If you are currently in the hospital and do not know your discharge date, please wait to submit a travel request until you have a confirmed discharge date and can provide the necessary supporting documentation. Do not submit a travel request with an estimated discharge date. Once you have a confirmed discharge date, we require a note from the hospital confirming that you are fit to fly. This note can be emailed to info@hopeair.ca.
