Respectful Behaviour
Hope Air has a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive language and aggressive behavior towards staff members, volunteers, and other representatives, such as airline partners and partner organizations, which includes but is not limited to use of personal insults, threats, slurs, and harassment . Any such incidents will be reported to senior staff and immediate action will be taken. Hope Air may deny services to any individual demonstrating abusive language or behavior, with immediate effectiveness.
